Applications are now open to Australian-based booking agents who are interested in joining a delegation to the AXEAN Festival in Bali this September.
The AXEAN Festival is a prominent Southeast Asian music export platform, combining a music conference and showcase festival. Launched in 2020 during the pandemic by music professionals across Southeast Asia, AXEAN Festival has successfully hosted both virtual (2020-2021) and in-person (2022-2024) events. Over five editions, it has featured 200 artists from 20 countries, attracted 240 delegates from 32 countries, and reached over 46,000 virtual viewers, along with close to 15,000 live attendees. For more information about the festival and its context, please visit axeanfestival.com.
Successful applicants will receive a contribution towards international flights, accommodation covered for the official delegation dates at the designated hotel, and gain access to a curated program of networking events, panels, and market insights—designed to deepen their understanding of the Southeast Asian music industry and create meaningful partnership opportunities in the region.
The AXEAN Festival Trade Mission is supported by the ASEAN-Australia Centre.

Who Should Complete This Form
This form must be completed by a senior representative who has the authority to speak on behalf of your agency as a whole- ideally the Director, CEO, Head of Agency or another executive leader. As this is an agency-level application, responses should reflect the organisation’s overall strategy, activities and goals, not those of an individual staff member. Applications will be assessed by an external panel of industry experts to ensure a fair and balanced selection process.
If your application is successful, your agency will then be invited to nominate a specific representative to attend the delegation.
