Ian Moss

Born in Alice Springs and raised in Far North Queensland, Moss developed a passion for music at an early age before joining Cold Chisel in 1973. While Cold Chisel’s songs were driven by the songwriting of Don Walker and the unmistakable voice of Jimmy Barnes, it was Ian Moss’s expressive guitar work that gave many of the band’s recordings their emotional weight and musical identity.
