Bringing vintage influences to the 21st Century is the specialty of Sydney-based duo; Renee de la Motte and Thomas Eagleton better known as Salarymen. Carving out their unique sound with an addictive combination of indie, disco and psych references, Salarymen have developed a reputation for hypnotising crowds with their compelling songwriting, carefully crafted visuals and captivating live performances.

Salarymen have dominated 2025, releasing their debut album ‘Take It Or Leave It’ to adoring fans, supporting the likes of Ball Park Music and Meg Mac, and receiving critical acclaim from Apple Music 1, BBC6, triple j, CLASH, NME, KEXP, The Guardian and more. On their debut, Salarymen prove they’re masters of emotionalstorytelling – unafraid to lay bare the messy, beautiful, heartbreaking reality of modern relationships.

Meanwhile, they’ve been called up to support Royel Otis twice, performed at international showcases including SXSW Austin and The Great Escape, sold out their first ever show in the UK and completed a 10-date tour to follow.

Accompanied by their full live band, the dynamic pair invite you to close your eyes and transport yourself to a completely different era, escape the hustle and bustle of our modern lives and instead chase simpler times. With two enigmatic lead singers and influences spanning Tame Impala and Arcade Fire, to The Strokes and Fleetwood Mac, Salarymen are a band you will remember and talk about for years to come.
