Simone Ubaldi

Simone Ubaldi is Director of Sundowner Artists, an Australian management company whose clients include three-time ARIA award winners Amyl and the Sniffers (Rough Trade), Grace Cummings (ATO), and Girl and Girl (Sub Pop). Simone was named the Australian Association of Artist Managers’ inaugural ‘Manager of the Year’ in 2022, shared with her partner, Andrew Parisi. She and Andrew also founded and promote a beloved 1000-capacity music venue in Melbourne, The Croxton Bandroom. Prior to her career in management, Simone worked as a music journalist in print and radio, a marketing specialist in the cultural sector, a film buyer and a ghostwriter. Her seven books include a biography of AC/DC frontman Bon Scott and the final book ghostwritten for Chopper Read.
