Since forming in 2020, South Summit have built a devoted following across Australia and internationally through acclaimed releases and relentless touring. Their debut album, The Bliss (2024), marked a major milestone, featuring standout singles ‘Givin’ It Up’, ‘Ottoway’ and ‘Exceptional’. The album debuted at #2 on the ARIA Albums Chart and reached #10 on the ARIA Vinyl Chart, cementing the band’s position as one of Australia’s most promising emerging acts.

Touring has been central to South Summit’s rise, with multiple sold-out Australian headline tours and performances across the UK, Europe and New Zealand. Their reputation for unforgettable live shows has helped them connect with a growing global fanbase.

Following the success of fan favourites ‘TOP OF THE HILL’ and ‘WE ARE’, South Summit entered 2026 with renewed momentum, releasing ‘On The Dash’ and ‘Heartless’ as the first taste of their next chapter. Their highly anticipated sophomore album, RUN IT BACK, released in June 2026, sees the band further refine their signature sound while exploring new creative territory. The album reached #3 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart, received extensive Spotify playlist support and was named Triple J’s Album of the Week.

The release is accompanied by the band’s biggest Australian headline tour to date, the RUN IT BACK Tour, taking South Summit to larger venues and new markets across the country.
