Georgia Madden is Head of Touring Operations at Untitled Group, Australia’s largest independent music and events company. She leads touring for festivals and headline shows across Australia and Asia, overseeing operations for artists including Glass Animals, Dom Dolla, Charli XCX, Marlon Hoffstadt, Ki/Ki, The Jungle Giants, the Sugababes and many more, while contributing to high-profile events such as Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Pitch Music & Arts, and Ability Fest.

Since joining in 2021, Georgia has grown the touring operations team from a solo role to eight people and expanded the broader touring team to fourteen, supporting the company’s growth from 20 to 70 staff. She designed and implemented touring processes across festivals and headline tours, streamlining operations, improving collaboration, and enabling the company to scale efficiently.

Georgia began her career after graduating with a BA in Music Industry from RMIT, interning with Bonnie Dalton (Minnow & Co), and managing national and international projects for Clare Bowditch’s Big Hearted Business. She later built her roster at WAT Artists and contributed to large-scale events at Novel Touring and Events, including Let Them Eat Cake.

Known for her leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for diversity, Georgia combines operational expertise with a collaborative approach, ensuring every tour and festival runs seamlessly while nurturing the next generation of industry talent.
