Leesa Snider is an artist manager, digital strategist and founder of Achord Agency, an independent artist management agency based in Melbourne/Naarm.

After working at Weller Media Agency in Brooklyn, New York, across campaigns for clients including Pnau, Kenny Chesney and Republic Records, Leesa returned to Australia in 2019 to establish Achord Agency. Over the past seven years she has developed a management practice focused on strategic career development, funding, touring and international market growth.

Leesa currently manages Velvet Bloom, JAZZPARTY and Nat Bartsch, and previously managed award-winning artist Eliza Hull, supporting national and international opportunities including SXSW (Austin) and The Great Escape (UK). Her work has resulted in record and publishing deals, national touring, strategic partnerships and more than $150,000 in competitive grant funding.

Alongside artist management, Leesa lectures in the Music Industries degree at Box Hill Institute. She is passionate about accessibility, collaboration and creating sustainable international pathways for Australian artists, with a particular focus on building long-term relationships throughout Southeast Asia.

Originally established as a social media strategy business for musicians, Achord Agency has evolved into a full-service management company representing artists including Velvet Bloom, JAZZPARTY and acclaimed pianist and composer Nat Bartsch. The agency has secured more than $150,000 in competitive grant funding, national touring opportunities, record and publishing deals, strategic brand partnerships and showcase performances including BIGSOUND.

Achord Agency has an increasing focus on international market development, particularly throughout Southeast Asia. Following participation in AXEAN and Music Matters in 2025, the agency is actively developing cross-country collaborations, reciprocal touring opportunities and long-term industry partnerships to support sustainable export pathways for Australian artists.
