Maddy Herbert

Maddy Herbert is the front woman of VIC based soul/pop group Velvet Bloom.

Outside of Velvet Bloom, Maddy has been working in the music industry for over 8 years with roles in venue booking, event management, event producing, festival programming, artist bookings & management, access advising, workshop facilitation, artist liaising, marketing and partnerships.

Maddy has worked for venues like The Night Cat (VIC), The Espy (VIC), Gods Bandroom (VIC), Freo Social (WA), The Zoo (QLD) and more. Her work with Tibi Access seen her working in various roles with SXSW (AUS), Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour (AUS), Groove Tunes, Laneway & more. Maddy was one of the programmers of Mordi Fest 2025 and is a Workshop Facilitator at The Push.

Maddy will be at AXEAN representing Tibi Agency, a booking agency operating in Australia for artists with lived experience of disability.
