Mara Williams

By day, Mara Williams works at PBS, Naarm/Melbourne’s iconic volunteer-powered, specialised music community radio station – a pillar of the city’s music community. By night you’ll find her out and about, as a devoted live music fan, and sometime songwriter and musician. She is passionate about championing grassroots culture and fostering inclusive communities where people can connect, contribute and feel they belong, an experience she knows firsthand with her band featuring members of the Filipino diaspora in Australia.
