Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage and Sounds Australia present THE AUSSIE BBQ SummerStage in Central Park, New York City on Saturday 14 June, in partnership with the American Australian Association.

Since its inception in 2019, THE AUSSIE BBQ SummerStage has drawn thousands of New Yorkers to Central Park each year to see and hear some of the best music coming out of Australia. Previous artists who have taken to the stage include Amy Shark, Baker Boy, Budjerah, Jebediah, G Flip, Haiku Hands, Hermitude, Last Dinosaurs, Peach PRC, Peking Duk, Spiderbait, The Teskey Brothers, Thelma Plum, Tkay Maidza and You Am I.

Now in its fifth year, this is your chance to discover your next favourite Australian act with this unmissable lineup of iconic talent, all for free.

Flewnt & Inkabee are a father-son hip-hop duo who can count Chance the Rapper and Simon Cowell as fans after performances across SXSW and America’s Got Talent.

Tiny Desk alumni Gordi weaves electronic elements into warm, intimate folk songs with NYLON suggesting she might be the “Female Bon Iver”.

Grace Cummings’ soulful ballads quickly rose out of Melbourne’s indie scene on the strength of her powerful, distinctive voice, described by Pitchfork as “a truly dazzling instrument”.

PINES combine arresting melodies, pulse-pounding beats, and elevated, atmospheric elements into a distinct, immersive sonic experience.

Garage rockers The Grogans channel ‘60s surf music into a contemporary sound coloured by blues and psych rock.

One of the most iconic Australian groups of all time, The Wiggles have been writing and performing beloved hit music for children since 1991, and will be debuting The Wiggles’ DJ Dorothy Sound System ft. Lachy Wiggle & The Tree of Wisdom for the first time outside of Australia.

Gates will open at 2:30pm, with artists playing until 8:00pm.
