Gretta Ziller, a critically acclaimed artist with classical training, boasts two Golden Guitar nods and 500K Spotify streams for her single “5,4,3,2,1.” Whistling before speaking, she emerged as the lone musician in a farming family and embraced violin at age 3, later adding bagpipes. Amber’s love of music comes from Robertson in the Southern Highlands NSW Australia, where she lives on a farm with her family, horses and Maton guitar. Her beguiling melodies and honest lyricism illustrate a gift beyond her years of experience as an alt-country musician.

As the youngest of five born into a lively Pentecostal home, gospel melodies were instilled into singer-songwriter Bek Brooks since she can remember. Inspired and taught by an elder sister, the artist was introduced to the art of song writing over piano chords before she was a teen.

COLIN LILLIE is certainly one of a kind. This gypsy Scotsman has found a new life in Alice Springs in the Australian central desert where he has thrived as a songwriter. You don’t have to delve very deep into Colin’s lyrics or the heart of his voice to know his songs are driven by someone who has all of the shades of life experience to lean into. This rang true with his 2017 and 2019 awards for Best Live Voice at the National Live Music Awards.

In 2016 Colin released his debut album “Glass Homes” to critical acclaim and managed to take out the AU Review people’s choice Australian Artist Of The Year award. In 2020 he released the Mark Lizotte (DIESEL) produced “Petrichor” EP. August 2021 saw the release “Shades Of Love” Colin’s second studio. This was recorded at Wild Mountain Studios with enigmatic producer Jamie Trevaskis (The Wilson Pickers) and together Colin and Jamie found a darker honesty in his performances than on any previous releases. He released the EP THE…. produced by Australian Country star Catherine Britt – Colin Lillie.. The.. This featured the award winning artist Shane Nicholson, which he had two critically acclaimed songs released – The War, followed by The Road, a duet with Catherine. Britt. Colin also enjoys co-writing he has been fortune to with the likes of Rohin Jones (The Middle East) Tyrone Noonan (George) & Lachlan Bryan (Lachlan Bryan and the Wildes) to name a few.

Pre 2020 Colin was well on the way to becoming one of Australia’s hardest touring artists supporting the likes of DIESEL, BUSBY MAROU, JAMES REYNE, and THE ANIMALS on their relentless tour schedules and making friends everywhere he went. Colin also performed five shows at the 2019 Woodford Folk Festival and made it to New Orleans in 2020 as part of the Folk Alliance International Festival. So its no surprise that 2022 saw him get right back into where supported Catherine on her Bush Pup tour traveling throughput regional Australia finishing with performances in April 2022 at his first Tamworth County Music Festival. This was followed once again being invited to perform at the prestigious Folk Alliance conference/showcase in Kansas City and then to the renowned Americana Fest conference to showcase in Nashvile.

The new year has not seen stop with a number of shows at this year Tamworth Country Music Festival with an electrifying performance at Americana in the Park in front of a crowd of over 5000 Aussie country fans.

This has seen Colin build his audience and head back into the studio with Catherine Britt once again to release a second EP later in the year. With a number of tour dates announced across Australia staring with a Small Halls tour of 16 shows in Western Australia. Colin will then embark on a National solo tour of Australia with dates in Hobart to Darwin. He is also very excited to be performing at this years Port Fairy festival and National Celtic Festival with the plan to head back to Nashvile to record his third full studio album in September.

Realising Colin’s increasing profile he was offered and has accepted a sponsorship from Takamine guitars.

And the world continues to discover Colin’s songs and singing – something that’s very evident from the number of uses of his songs recently in film and television. The track Hold On is included in Adam a Hollywood movie starring Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad). Human Kind Of Life is in the BBC television show Wakefield. The Broken Crown a song from Colin’s EP The was featured in a Steve King short film which was released in 2022 and in 2023 he also has songs and music in a forthcoming documentary Yimi Junga which highlights the continual struggle of Aboriginal woman and children in remote Australia , Not too bad at all !

So as Colin hits the road again performing as much as possible he continues to write as well as work with people in recovery from drug and alcohol addictions. Colin visits rehab centres and uses his songs and life experience as a way to assist others.

Named one of Total Guitar’s: Top 10 Best New Guitarists in 2018, Australian Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Hamish Anderson has opened for and toured with the likes of BB King, Gary Clark Jr, Stephen Stills, Los Lobos, George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Doyle Bramhall II and more. 

Over the years, he’s been proclaimed a “guitar hero” by Billboard.com. His debut album, Trouble, was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer/mixer Jim Scott (Tom Petty, Tedeschi Trucks). His sophomore release entitled Out of My Head (released May 2019) earned the Independent Music Award for Best Blues Album. In 2022 his single “Everything Starts Again” broke the Top 30 on the Billboard/BDS Triple A Indicator Chart.

In 2019 he was hand selected to be the opener for Gary Clark Jr’s Australian tour (where he was invited to join Gary nightly for his encore). George Thorogood swiftly followed suit in 2022 inviting Hamish to open shows for him around Australia & The US where he joined The Destroyers on their finale of “Born to be Bad” nightly. 

His single “Trouble” (off his debut album) has accumulated almost 2 million streams on Spotify.

He has just completed the recording of his third album entitled ELECTRIC – A love letter to the electric guitar that showcases his own mixture of modern blues, rock & roll and soul. The album was recorded live in 2 days at EastWest Studios in Los Angeles with additional overdubs completed at Mamaw’s Auto Parts. Hamish co produced the album with David Davis (The War On Drugs, Miguel, Lauren Ruth Ward).

Henry is renowned as a master craftsmen of the stage, carving out his place like no-other. He soaks up inspiration from spectres of the past in Hazelwood and Elvis, also the many comrades with whom he has shared the stage with, such as Lucinda Williams and Justin Townes Earle, all intertwined by a passion for classic song-craft. Henry is a vibrant, globe-trotting creative dynamo that is truly reaching the full extent of his powers and with many a grand scale project set to unfold, he is a force you need to witness.

Hailing from the vibrant and rich music scene of Melbourne , Katie Bates has a heart steeped in great and spirited American music – from The Flying Burrito Brothers and The Band to Nirvana – no doubt the product of a family with a healthy vinyl collection. She is very much inspired by the music, culture and fashion of the 1960s and 1970s.

But there’s many other things at play in Katie’s music. With heavy influence of the grunge and grit of artists such as PJ Harvey, Garbage and Audioslave and aims to blend both her love for Americana/alt-country with alt rock and grunge. Music you can both two-step and head bang to.

Bates has had a busy couple of years, most recently opening for Melbourne rockers, Kingswood, on the Victorian leg of their massive ‘Hometowns’ tour, and shortly after for Americana singer-songwriter Eilen Jewell (USA).

When not playing in her own band, she’s a touring bassist in bands such as Ben Mastwyk & his Millions, Catherine Britt, Dan Brodie, Lachlan Bryan and the Wildes, and USA hailing artists Hannah Aldridge and Ben de la Cour – both of whom she has toured the country with multiple times.

Her recent full band performances as part festivals Out On The Weekend (VIC) and Dashville Skyline (NSW), along with her showcase appearances in Nashville, Tennessee for Americana Fest, confirmed what everyone knew already – she’s a headline act in the making with the swagger, the stage presence and, most importantly, the kind of songs that sound just as great in a rowdy bar as they do late at night through headphones.

The multi-award-winning husband and wife duo, O’SHEA are one of Australia’s most exciting musical exports. Now based in Nashville, TN O’SHEA have graced some of the world’s most famed stages, from the Grand Ole Opry to the Sydney Opera House, since beginning their musical journey together.

Jay’s musical journey has seen her tour the globe as a backing singer for superstars such as INXS and Sir Tim Rice and for 10 years her songwriting skills have kept her busy as a staff writer in London, LA and Nashville. Jay’s songs have been cut in the USA, Japan and of course, Australia. Mark’s career began as a 16 year old from Western Queensland, winning a talent quest at the Gympie Muster. The Pleasures burst on to the scene in 2022. Having released three singles in the Australian market so far, The Beginning of the End, Every Story Has Two Sides and Paranoid, The Pleasures showcased a cocktail of styles indicative of what the album promises which has seen them wonderfully supported by radio right around the country to date.

The name The Pleasures is taken from a brothel in Austin, Texas – where Britt and Bryan found themselves stranded (through no intention of their own, they hasten to add) on the night they first met. The bawdy nature of this first encounter is befitting of the music they would go on to make together.

Not for the faint-of-heart, The Pleasures’ debut album plots the lifespan of a fiery relationship from the start, through to the finish and the aftermath. But despite the fire, passion and impulsiveness, the songs are decidedly adult – tackling the complexities and messiness of grown-up attraction and separation.

Aided by Damian Cafarella (bass) and Brad Bergen (drums), The Pleasures produce a sound that is raucous, dirty and blues-inspired, yet occasionally interrupted by delicate moments of sublime country-folk.
