Anna is back releasing new music, her new EP, ‘Saturday Love’, is out in the world, and there is a lot more material on the way. With all this out happening, now is ideal timing to get back on the road. The grant is helping fund her O1 visa allowing Anna to travel to the US to perform and showcase her art with international audiences.

Babe Rainbow are going back to the USA in October and knocking the pop for the rainbow disco fan club. The boogie psychedelia starts alongside Tame Impala and King Gizzard at California’s infamous Desert Daze festival before Babe Rainbow take on a full national tour of the USA and Mexico. Surf legend Alex Knost and his new band ‘Seventies Tuberide’ are hitching a ride in the tour bus.

Following a very successful Australian Tour, Boy & Bear return the to the UK/Europe for the first time in three years in support of their recent single releases and to set-up/promote their upcoming fourth studio album. This tour will see the band perform headline shows in Manchester, Bristol, London, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich and Cologne, as well as undertaking targeted media/press days and industry meetings in London.

This grant has helped cover travel expenses for David Morgan to join Tones And I North American tour to support the Australian artist whilst releasing a new song, launching with a live performance on Jimmy Kimmel. Lemon Tree Music will be able to maintain a presence as an international facing, Australian management company.

Donny Benet will embark on a three week European tour in August to play a string of 13 festival slots including Pukkelpop, Green Man and Flow Festival. These shows come as demand for The Don spikes after an almost completely sold out tour in Europe / UK in May ’22.

The SAES funding will support Eishan Ensemble’s European tour in September 2022 along with Hamed Sadeghi’s solo activities in Europe and the Middle East.

A quartet version of the ensemble will rehearse in Sydney for four sessions before they head to Europe to perform at festivals and jazz venues in Portugal and Spain between 1-12 September. After the tour, Sadeghi will go to France and then Iran to start his new collaborations with some local European and Persian musicians. He will also be doing solo performances in these two countries.

Gang Of Youths will return to North America for a run of headline shows and festival appearances in support of their ARIA #1 album angel in realtime.

Working with the Foreign Family Collective, in collaboration with NInja Tune, Golden Features will be supporting supporting stadium conquering artists, ODESZA in their LA stadium shows at The Forum, across two nights.

Good Manners is a Naarm/Melbourne based artist management company and record label. Good Manners and their artists will be travelling to the U.S to undertake writing sessions, industry meetings and research new technologies (i.e. Web 3.0). The trip will also include artists and management re-establishing connections with international industry partners.

Hollow Coves are very shortly heading over to Europe to perform at Pukkelpop and Open Air Gampel festivals in Belgium and Switzerland. Shortly after they will begin a 14 show tour across the US and Canada in September-October 2022, headlining 500-1000 capacity rooms in cities including Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Chicago, and Montreal.

Jaguar Jonze will perform a live showcase in Los Angeles and participate in record label promotion for the release of her debut album BUNNY MODE. She will spend time in LA based writing sessions, completing future releases and setting the groundwork for a 2023 headline tour. She will also meet with meet with industry, partners, and fellow artists, along with session opportunities with We Found New Music, Jam in the Van and Live Nation’s Ones to Watch.

Jitwam will be using the funding for touring and promotional activity in US and UK.

Two of our Australian artists, Flight Facilities & RÜFÜS DU SOL are reentering the EU and UK following three years since they undertook export activity in the region. These tours come off the back of album cycles that have seen successful US Tours but are yet to re-engage the UK + European market where both have established streaming and live audiences.

Little Quirks will return to the UK this October following their debut tour in May 2022. The band will embark on a two-week tour playing a range of festivals, headline shows and radio performances across England and Scotland. Post tour, the band will spend some time in London writing with assistance from their publishers, Concord, as well as connecting with their booking agent and record label, ATC Live and Glassnote Records.

Lunatic Entertainment will travel to Mexico with The Lazy Eyes who will perform at Hipnosis Festival in Mexico City as an opportunity to develop the Latin market for them and other Lunatic Entertainment artists.

The SEAS Fund will support Maaike’s US O1 Visa renewal allowing her to participate in ‘Kito and Friends’ – a series of club nights in Los Angeles, CA where she’ll be curating the line-up and booking other female and non binary guests to perform.

In the coming months, Maaike will be focused on creation of new material for her own artistic project through solo studio time, and collaboration with artists for feature vocals including Banks, Emeline, Pussy Riot and Rei Ami.

Mallrat will be performing at Reading and Leeds Festivals in the UK, and completing promotional activities in support of her album Butterfly Blue in both the UK and the USA.

Michelle will be heading to the US to do a number of photoshoots with both Australian artists based in the US and American artists, over the course of a month, to further solidify their expansion into the US market on a more regular basis.

MY DISCO are about to embark on an international headline tour of Europe and the United Kingdom. The band will continue their almost 20 year history as an arduously touring band that have focused throughout much of their career on the international touring sector. This tour will take in several festivals, as well as headlining club shows throughout the continent and in the UK. This tour will be the worldwide debut of the group’s most recent album, ‘Alter Schwede’.

Party Dozen are undertaking a string of European dates to promote the release of their album The Real Work on Temporary Residence. They’ll be playing a number of headline shows in the UK, France and Netherlands and some festivals including All Points East, End Of The Road and a handful more across the continent.

Pond are set to embark on a North American tour in November and December of 2022 to promote their critically-acclaimed ninth album, aptly named ‘9’, and its subsequent deluxe edition (released May 2022). With appearances planned at Desert Daze and more exciting news on the way for our friends overseas, Pond cannot wait to get back to North America to finally perform ‘9’ live and in-person!

This grant is a huge help to Psychedelic Porn Crumpets UK/European tour in the Summer of 2022. As increased costs hit our industry, initiatives such as this are a vital part of sustaining our business & we are truly grateful for the support & for allowing us to visit these territories.

Psycroptic will re-enter the North American market in 2022, maximising the promotional and financial opportunities surrounding the release of the album ‘Divine Council’ released Worldwide on August 5, 2022.

The confirmed North American tour will allow the band to financially recover as individual full time musicians, as well as bankroll further 2023 international touring opportunities – such as Europe, South America and South East Asia.

Rolling Blackouts CF will complete a full North American tour, playing key markets across the US and Canada for the first time since 2019 – including performances at major festivals including Lollapalooza (Chicago) and Maha Fest (Omaha) This will be the band’s first opportunity to perform in these markets since the release of their Libera nominated album Sideway To New Italy and their newly released 3rd album, ‘Endless Rooms’.

The SAES grant will be used towards travel related expenses for Joe Camilleri and The Black Sorrows’ upcoming European tour. The band will perform 15 shows at clubs and festivals in Italy, Switzerland and Germany between 6th – 26th September 2022 in support of the worldwide release of the album “Saint Georges Road”.

Thigh Master will tour throughout the United States in March & April 2023 in support of their third album to be released in March 2023. Tour dates will include headline shows, festival performances, and live-to-air radio performances and interviews throughout North America.

Vacations will return to the US for their first festival play at Austin City Limits. They will also be stepping up touring with first shows in Mexico and headlining theatre level shows in the US.
