Returning in 2013, four Australian artists performed at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in Bangalore, followed by THE AUSSIE BBQ in Pune and New Delhi, rounded out with performances at the the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in New Delhi. THE AUSSIE BBQ Tour Of India was supported by the Australian Government through Oz Fest India, the Australia International Cultural Council and the Australia-India Council, initiatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Following on from the success of the activity undertaken as part of OZFEST 2012 and the return activity in 2013, Sounds Australia returned in 2014 with  four Australian bands across 4 Indian cities in November/December. The goal of the project was to reinforce Australia as a rich and diverse creative nation by presenting the best of contemporary music, whilst building on the footprint that had been established.
